Pretzels **
2 - 16 oz.
loaves frozen bread dough
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon water
Coarse salt
Separate thawed bread into 24 - 1 1/2" balls. Roll each ball into a
rope 14 1/2" long. Have children plan and design pretzel shapes
(letters or numerals). Put pretzels one inch apart on greased cookie
sheet. Let stand for 20 minutes and brush with combined egg white and
water. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Place a shallow pan containing 1"
of boiling water on bottom rack of oven; bake pretzels at 350 degrees on
rack above water for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

**
Rice Krispie Bars **
6 cups Kelloggs
Rice Krispies
1 bag of white marshmallows
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
No-stick cooking spray
Melt the margarine in a no-stick pan and add the entire bag of
marshmallows. Stir over medium heat until the marshmallows have
completely melted. Add Rice Krispies and mix together well. Pour mixture
into a 9" x 13" pan that has been greased or sprayed with
no-stick cooking spray. Use a baggie that has been sprayed with no-stick
spray to spread and flatten mixture. Cut into squares when cool. Kids
love making and eating these easy treats!

**Peanut
Butter Fudge Cookies**
Ingredients

1 cup chunky
peanut butter
-
2 tablespoons
vegetable oil
-
2 eggs
-
1 package
(21.5 ounces) fudge brownie mix
-
1/2 cup water
-
1 package (6
ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1 cup chopped
unsalted peanuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat
peanut butter, oil, and eggs. Add brownie mix and water ; stir until
moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet. Place 1/2
teaspoon peanuts on each cookie.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until fingertips leaves a slight indentation
when center of cookie is touched. Transfer to a wire rack to cool
completely. Store in an airtight container.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies

Balls**
Ingredients
Instructions
Melt butter over medium heat; add oats stirring
constantly until oats are toasted, about 5 min. Remove
from heat. Add peanut butter and sugar to make a stiff dough. Roll into
balls and roll in powdered sugar.

Ingredients

celery sticks
-
peanut butter
-
raisins
Wash the celery and
cut it into pieces (about 5 inches long).
Spread peanut
butter on the celery, from one end to the other.
Press raisins
into peanut butter.

Bread**
Ingredients:
butter or
margarine, melted (about 1/2 cube)
sugar or brown
sugar
canned
biscuits
Cut or tear the
biscuits into 2-4 pieces. Layer all ingredients, in order, in a meatloaf
pan (for more than 2 cans use a shallow baking pan so that the middle
will get cooked).

**Pizza
Bread Sticks**
Ingredients
Roll out pizza dough
until it is 1 inch thick. Cut into strips 1 inch wide and 6 inches long.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle on garlic salt, oregano, &
parmesan cheese to taste. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Heat
pizza or spaghetti sauce and use as dip.

Ingredients:
1/3 C. orange juice
3 oz. fresh raspberries our strawberries
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 C. grape juice
Preparation:
Pour orange juice into molds and place in a freezer. Leave in until these
are frozen. Put berries in sugar, and 1/4 cup cold water, and then mix in
a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Pour berry mixture over
orange juice and return to freezer until almost frozen. Mix grape juice
with 1/4 cup cold water, then pour over berry mixture, and insert holders.
Freeze until frozen.

**Chili
Dog Pizza**

Notes:
These are easy to make, and taste great. They might even be perfect for a
sleep over.
Ingredients:
2 C. Bisquick
1/2 C. cold water
1 (7 1/2 oz.) canned chili
5 hot dogs sliced thin
1 C. cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together Bisquick mix and water. Stir
until a soft ball forms. Roll or pat dough into a 12 inch circle on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Pinch the edge of the circle to help form a crust.
Spread chili over crust, and then add cheese, and hot dog slices. Bake in
the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
